About The Ryersonian
The Ryersonian is the weekly newspaper produced by students in their final year of the program.
The students who work on the paper on a rotating basis sometimes find it difficult to fill pages because they have to do everything -- reporting, writing, editing and layout -- themselves. Students from all years and streams, particularly third-year print students, are encouraged to drop by the newsroom (RCC105) to pitch a story idea to one of the editors.
Students can also volunteer to take pictures for The Ryersonian and will be provided with a camera.
About Ryersonian.ca
Ryersonian.ca is part of the new web initiative by the Ryerson School of Journalism.
In addition of student newspapers published every week, fourth-year students also contribute to the online edition of The Ryersonian. Also, partnering up with the School of Journalism's very own multimedia aggregator RBNonline, Ryersonian.ca provides videos, images, and other interactive materials along with each article.
